Controlled founding cohort

Measure the value across 30 days of real tenders.

A founder-managed pilot that lets your team run as many separately governed tenders as reasonably possible during the access period, then compare the effect on production speed, review quality and return readiness.

Why Behaviour Engine exists

Construction intelligence shaped by the realities of delivery.

Founder Jonathan Duggins is a BEng (Hons) qualified civil engineer and construction project leader with over 20 years of experience spanning tendering, civil engineering, site delivery, programme control, risk, logistics and contractor coordination.

The pilot is therefore designed around the decisions construction teams actually have to make—not around a generic AI demonstration. It tests whether governed intelligence can help your team understand tender information faster, expose uncertainty earlier and return a better-controlled commercial position.

What the pilot covers

  • Unlimited governed tender runs during the 30-day access period
  • A separate evidence population, authority record and state for every tender
  • Client position and intended tender scope confirmation for every run
  • Governed tender processing through the applicable mission route
  • Consolidated decision-support documents and relevant workbooks
  • Measured tender throughput, production time, review effort and correction burden
